Horace Dediu is a co-founder of Micromobility Industries and Bond Mobility. He coined the word “micromobility” to describe on-demand services provided by lightweight vehicles. Previously, Horace was a fellow at the Clayton Christensen Institute for Disruptive Innovation where he taught and researched technology adoption and diffusion rates.
Horace is also the founder and author of Asymco.com, a technology analysis firm and hosts two podcasts: the Critical Path and Micromobility.
He has written two books based on these podcasts published as Kickstarter projects. Prior to these efforts Horace was a senior analyst at Nokia and founded two startups providing electronic publishing products and services.
Horace has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a MS in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.
