Neil Schloss was a former VP and CFO of Ford Mobility and VP and Treasurer for Ford Motor Company. He joined the Ford Motor Company in 1982 in the Finance Office at Ford Aerospace and progressed through a series of finance positions at Aerospace prior to transferring to Ford in 1990. In 1991, he joined the Treasurer’s Office at Ford and held numerous positions of increasing responsibilities in all aspects of Corporate Treasury and Finance, including Risk Management, Capital Strategy, Banking, Investor Relations, Asset Management, Cash Management and Capital Markets. In April 2003, Neil was promoted to Assistant Treasurer, and in March 2007 was promoted to VP and Corporate Treasurer for Ford. In July 2016 he took on the role of CFO for Ford Mobility, a newly created subsidiary. Neil retired from Ford after 36 years at year-end 2018. Since retiring, Neil has taken on the roles of independent director at Karamba Security, has joined the advisory board of Our Crowd, both based in Israel and has joined the board of BNP Paribas USA, Inc.
Neil holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from the San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
