Ori is a businessman who served as the head of the Budget Division in the Ministry of Finance between 2002-2004. In 2009-2010 he served as the Chairman of the Israel National Economic Council Advisory Committee and as the economic advisor for Prime Minister Netanyahu. From 2013-2017 he served as the head of the Government Companies Authority. Alongside his governmental serving, Ori has a broad experience in Senior Management roles as CEO and Chairman in various Business Companies (chairman of Israel Railways and Plastro irrigation and CEO of Bezeq international), and he specialise in managing and leading strategic processes. Moreover, Ori has a wide experience as a Board member in different companies. Ori has a B.A and M.A in economics. He lives in Modi’in-Maccabim-Re’ut and is married with five children.
